A decade of inspiring kids through yoga, art & imagination.
Aimee Noffsinger and Marissa Woods, with backgrounds in performing arts, fitness, and integrative mind-body therapy, wanted to create something that didn’t exist at their kids’ school — a space where movement, mindfulness, and creativity could come together.
In 2015, that dream became Kids HeArt Yoga, a wellness-based program blending playful yoga and the arts where kids learned to stretch their bodies, open their hearts, and express themselves with confidence.
That same creative energy inspired their next adventure: CONNECTION! — a playful twist on mindfulness, movement, and creativity. Designed for families, teachers, and therapists alike, it turns screen-free time into something even better — moments of play that inspire creativity, connection, and joy.
